11 years ago Yeah so I need this on the development branch and not the Master. If you'd like I can add your changes in myself. I don't know the troubles you're having with this, but I can fork other projects without push access, create new branches and submit a PR of that new branch from a fork just fine :\
Went through index.html and changed all the block quotes to the new preferred markup. Changed the block quote example as well. Added a bit more detail to the description for the element. Adjusted some styles, but minimally.
The styles will need to be reviewed. I tried for a bit to get them closer to the original, but now I see that you have many style changes in development so it would be best if you reviewed how this new markup effects your styles.
