fix: ndash -> proper ascii dash, in pull-quote example #148

When copy-pasted, the example is broken: the class typl8-pull-quote is displayed as typl8–pull–quote making have a different name. (unlike the other examples that use the correct symbol)

Since the code examples have been removed in the development branch there's no need for this as of now. Appreciate the PR still :beers:

Alright. Where are the code examples now? FWIW, they are really useful.
