Publish to maven central #101

One inconvenient fact of using conductr-bundle-lib is you have to manually add the Typesafe releases repo to your build to use it. For people using a nexus/artifactory proxy, this is even worse, they have to get their nexus/artifactory administrator to add the Typesafe releases repo to their proxy configuration. This step would be eliminated if it were published to a well known widely used repository that sbt and most maven proxies are already configured to use out of the box, ie, maven central.
