ConductR Client: Load + Run with Completion Support

• Implement load bundle method which returns Future that is completed when bundle is installed.
• Implement run bundle method which returns Future that is completed when desired bundle scale is achieved.
• Implement BundlesConnector which manages SSE connectivity and event burst.
• Remove Client Lib for Akka 2.3 version

Additional changes

• Modify get bundle method to supply Reactive Stream's byte array subscriber to consume both bundle data and config data.
• Update JSON marshalling to take into account the optional services field in the bundle endpoints.
• Ensure correct path is used when requesting bundle events.
• Update Play JSON to version 2.5.

Notes on get bundle method modification

• Bundle data bytes and config data bytes are provided as substream within the HTTP body part response.
• The bundle data bytes substream needs to be consumed before moving on to the config data bytes substream.
• Failing to do so will result in substream materialization timeout.

The deprecation notice is added now to ControlClient.loadBundle method. I have added it on AbstractControlClient.loadBundle, but I forgot to add it to ControlClient.loadBundle.
