Commercial releases and normal resolvers cannot find the play25-conductr-bundle-lib 1.5.0 as shown in the README.md. Changing 1.5.0 to 1.4.3 resolved issues I had with Conductr not picking up that the Play application had successfully started.
If I'm being dense please do tell me, but after looking at bintray I can find no instance of 1.5.0 for that package.
