Provide Typesafe Config instead of global Env #42

Re-factored AkkaProperties and PlayProperties as Env with an asConfig method. This provides finer control over providing configuration and is required in order to support idiomatic Akka and Play.

@hseeberger I've asked James if he can furnish me with a little doc also, but as far as I'm concerned this can be merged if you're happy with it.
