A lib package replaces what we had in terms of "bundlelib" before the client lib. "bundlelib" was distinguishing the conducti-lib packages from others, particularly of the conduct projects themselves. Removing the package distinction caused conflicts, particularly in IntelliJ.
Note that the 1.1 and 1.2 ConductR doco should be updated to change some references of "bundlelib" to "lib".
