A longer life for the PR commenter #40

Don't stop the PR commenter actor until we got a success. The jenkins actor may send successful BuildResults, after having reported on a failure, and we must be alive to hear it.

Before, we stopped on failure as well. Just hang in there a little longer.

Deployed already.
