jRuby seems to have some issues with providing captures to function calls within the second argument of gsub, switching the replacement procedure to a block solved the issue. Also used the Pathname object to return a clean absolute path.

As I stated in the Readme, I'm no longer actively working on this gem ... If anybody wants to turn over, I'd gladly move the rubygems project over to them

I have released a new version of typescript-rails 0.2.0 and it seems to work well on jruby.
