Change Summary

Update OpenAPI codegen to 0.25
Required fields in new() for Builders (avoid runtime panic or error)
Rm unnecessary ClientBuilder
Rm unnecessary TransportBuilder
TransportCreator trait to simplify code
Avoid cloning Client
