Want to use csx without type-style, please document the api in readme, or link to .d.ts types #110

  1. Would be nice to have an api.md where one can browse the typescript interface.
  2. If that is not possible, please commit the lib folder, so one can look at the .d.ts interface

It's a very handy library. love it.
