Opening an issue so we can discuss the Settings UI alone.
First crack at the new settings UI, given the latest developments with new persistent measuring capabilities. I renamed and reorganized a bunch of the settings.
@typesupply What do you think about "locked measurements"? Kind of gets at what it is, and it's snappier, but conceptually a little different from something like Locked Guidelines... But the parallelism of Highlighted _, Locked _, Named _ is nice
Let me know what you think overall, and whether all of this is HIG-compliant. I like boxes (:
