Can't run Haar2j2Me.exe #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Haar2J2me.exe Application Error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
emgucv-windows-x86 2.3.0.1416
OpenCV-2.3.1-win-superpack
OS is Win 7 x86

Please provide any additional information below.

emgucv & opencv installed in my OS, but i can't run Haar2j2me.exe

You can fix it by downloading 2 required dll and coping it in current folder.
I did that but i am getting error "unable to load classifier"

any answer?????
