Some high and medium priority updates #102

  1. In the drug-resistance trends plot, the legend only shows drugs which ones are selected in the dropdown box.
  2. In the drug-resistance trends plot, tooltip displayed on mouseover - only display the selected drugs in the dropdown box.
  3. ‘abbreviations’ statement at the end of page 1: for XDR, MDR, Ciprofloxacin NS and Ciprofloxacin R is added as footer
  4. Text Alignment and flag image position is fixed in Report
  5. Definition of MDR and XDR is added on hover in a. drug-resistance trends plot legends b. MapView drop down
  6. New MapView is added "Ceftriaxone resistance" and the tooltip shown as "ESBL: value"
  7. Issue is resolved (#101 : Plots are not scaling properly in different browsers )
