Just trying to explore a bit and encountered an issue - when I selected South Africa (after choosing a few others), the resistance timeline (plot 2) was blank. I think this is because there are too few points per year to calculate resistance frequencies to plot (N<10 in each case, according to plot 4). This is the correct behavior but it is hard to know that as a user - I think we need to communicate why the plot is empty. Could we (a) annotate at the top or somewhere, that resistance frequencies are only shown for years with N≥10 genomes; and if there are no data points to plot print a message in the plotting space to explain? Like “Insufficient data per year to calculate annual frequencies”
