Update the map legends for Drugs

• The new legends include the following categories is updated: MDR, XDR, Azith, CipNS, CipR, and H58.

• The new color ranges are defined as follows: 0, >0 and ≤2%, >2% and ≤10%, >10% and ≤50%, and >50%. These modifications enable users to better identify and understand the distribution of drug resistance rates.

• With the introduction of legends that reflect specific drug resistance categories, the MapView function now dynamically adjusts its presentation based on the values assigned to each legend.

• Additional columns have been seamlessly integrated into the downloadable CSV file. Notably, the newly added cip_pred_pheno column provides enriched insights into drug resistance predictions. Furthermore, in our commitment to clarity, the column name has been refined to Cip within the downloadable file.

• To enhance the efficiency and relevance of the CSV file, certain columns have been removed. These columns, including TRAVEL ASSOCIATED, AGE, COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, and TRAVEL COUNTRY, have been excluded

@lcerdeira I checked downloads were working fine, and in new commits I updated the legends for downloads as well.
