Cip column position re-arranged
Updated Plot 3 values as if, N=0, show no data on plot
Update Plot 1 and 3 as if, N=0, show no detailed tooltip for plots
Fixed NaN% issues in Plot 1 dropdown and new mapView Dropdown

NOTE: Value of Susceptible from Plot 1, 2 and 3 is still missing after commit 003cc69 in dev branch.
