Update Genotype dropdown List #75

Updated Genotype list based on dropdown for plot 1 and Genotype Prevalence map view with condition to show list based on ALL, LOCAL and TRAVEL filter. Updated Genotype list based on dropdown for plot 1 with condition to show list if N>0. Updated Genotype list based on dropdown for Genotype Prevalence map view if N>=20. Update default behaviour of Plot 3 hover Update component to show the data when N>0 Rename None (CipS) to None for plot 3 Set left alignment in report based on feedback
