Consider how to plot within genotype percentages for 'Resistance frequencies within genotypes' plot #9

Currently 'percentage resistant' is shown as a tool tip activated when the user passes the mouse over the plot and the bars show the number of occurrences of each resistance type. It would be good to have a the percentages available for user download in the figure, need to consider how to display this more readily.
