wait-for-it command is missing #17

It seems that wait-for-it is missing from the path of the image.

Hi @G10rg0s, could you ensure that your images are at the latest version by executing docker-compose pull? If that doesn't help, could you delete your api image (docker image rm clms/typhon-polystore-api:latest)?
