This update mainly improves extensibility of the TyphonDL plugin. Less insight and work is needed to add another containerisation or orchestration technology.

Only the .tdl files contained in the same folder as the selected resource are being used, instead of the whole project. No need to regenerate models or scripts. Closes #75
The evolution-backend port can't be changed anymore. The evolution component can only be activated when using Docker Compose.
