[BUG]: Players can steal the Eye from the Hallow tree once the one that hit it first kills it.

Describe the issue in detail.

When you hit a hallowed tree others cannot damage it, but when you cut it down, the eye spawns but it has no ownership, so any uneducated and unpolite player will steal it.

This is such a unnecessary oversight.

Provide some images / videos of the issue in action.

Description is enough. Won't wait for another meteor to spawn.
