[BUG]: Disappearing Items - Mobile

Describe the issue in detail.

After a successful trade (I sent 30k, they left me a broken lightbulb and tooth) I tried to claim the lightbulb first and after clicking "Drag Object" on it in 3rd person, it disappeared, did not even see it move, it was there one frame and gone the next. Same thing happened with the tooth. I searched in and around my base, not there. I searched the map, not there. I figured it might be some strange glitch and it'll be on my plot the next time I load, but wasn't. I then tried to find it on my pc, maybe it's a mobile bug, but it's still not there. The person I traded with offered to send me back my money in full, but then they would just be losing the items and it must've been my fault, so I told them to hang onto the money until I've at least tried everything. So if reporting this doesn't go anywhere, I'll just ask them for half refund which they already said that they were cool with.

This happend to me too when trying to drag my tooth to my pile of unboxed gifts (I was on phone too)

Hello i just wanted to say this happend to me with my meteorite core while trying to get the fusion coil. So i picked up the meteorite core and it vanished btw there is a glitch where if you click on something to show its menu and the items moves from where you clicked it then you press grab and it flings. So that might be the problem (BUG)
