That is an IP ban. That means you or someone that uses the same wifi as u ever used or installed Roblox exploits. It doesn't matter if u cheated in oaklands or not. If u ever cheated on a Roblox game/experience then you will receive that error code. It doesn't matter if u or someone in ur family exploited years ago.

You can get unbanned by asking hoofer on discord. You will need to tell him the name of the account you or someone exploited on. Without that information he can't unban you

This is incorrect. This ban does not occur due to general exploit usage in other games. It only bans you in the game that you exploited and got banned in.

You have been banned due to exploiting on an alt in Oaklands. You can appeal if you provide Hoofer the name of the alt that got banned (or all the alts you have if you cannot recall what alt it was). Appeal will be rejected if the ban occured less than a month and a half ago.
