[BUG]: Keycard Vials Issue Continuing #935

What version did this issue occur in?

1.66.3

Describe the issue in detail.

I’ve seen in later versions that the vials for the key card quest can no longer be picked up or claimed and has been marked as fixed in later, the issue is continuing and no one can finish said quest with this bug

Provide some images / videos of the issue in action.

Unable to create a small enough video size at this time

I am having the same issue when starting the quest when trying to pick up the vials you cannot interact with them making the quest impossible. Vials show as no owner no matter what you do.

Was wondering if the developers are looking into this ongoing issue yet or any update into its fix

I have confirmed the issue; and it is due to the model not having a "Draggable" attribute, will be fixed in the Sept 21st update!
