Note that migrating to Shadowlands will reset Vendor settings AND mark custom rules as 'dirty' and needing verification prior to being able to run the rule. This is to make sure the item level squish did not make a rule sell something you didn't want it to sell. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we feel this is the safest approach to protect your stuff.
