Add a polyfill.io script #258

The version of Safari I’m using doesn’t support fetch, and this will add a whole bunch of other missing features as needed.

Can we use a vendored copy? I use my laptop on commute and can't always depend on connectivity.

Hmm, I'm using CSS grid as well, not sure if polyfill.io can help with that. Which version are you using? Any reason for not upgrading?
