Cross posting this husky + turbo repo issue as I am not sure which of the 2 is causing the issue. But currently husky + turbo monorepo is failing.

As I'm unsure if husky or turbo repo is causing this issue, I also post it here as you might be able to point to the right direction.

issue was caused by turbo, so this one can be closed :)
