However adding or not adding husky should be up to the developer and not a package.
Developers who have their development environment setup inside a docker container and do not have Node installed on their local machine, will always get an error before every commit, as husky is complaining that node is not installed
Developers using their own pre commit hooks might not want another pre commit hook overlapping their own
json-server package must provide a json-server, integrating husky is not the purpose of this pacakge, it does not provide extra functionality to json-server, and it is outside of the main job of json-server
