Add index page to list added apps #37

I think it will be more convenience, not need to list apps in Terminal.

Like this: show apps in index.ka meaningfulURL

or this: show apps in localhost localhost

+1 I really like the idea and the way it looks.

I am thinking which way is better: localhost or add a url like index.ka ....

index.ka is nice and conveys the idea of an index of apps.

I was thinking also about katon.ka. Since it's the same name as the project, it may be more intuitive and easier to remember.

What do you think?

katon.ka is great too. This is duplicate or redundancy if localhost, index.ka and katon.ka go to same page. Or we could show README or HOWTOUSE in katon.ka ? Please forgive my terrible english...
