add 'how it works' section to readme #61

hey @typicode I've added a "How it Works" section to the readme with a rundown about the autostart/stop logic you described. When I was updating the readme, I finally noticed you already had:

It also autostarts/stops them for you.

Sorry for not noticing that one up-front, but I think others may gloss over it too.

No worries, I find that it's always hard to find the good balance between too little or too much informations in the README.

Thanks a lot for the new section in the README, I think it'll help people.
