I'm also interested in this feature.
+1, standard multi-cursor/multi-line selection/insertion function (like that in Jupyter) would be super useful when dealing with forms or lists.
+1 I would like it to work as it is implemented in VS Code.
Oh yes! This would be so nice. I am already doing some sort of bash
Literate Programming using Typora and this would come in SO handy. Keep up the good work.
This would be really useful.
Would be absolutely great!
Yes, I'd like this as well.
+1
+1, would be great
+1, I've found myself wanting this functionality more often than I thought
Hi, so still no update on this feature?
I'm also interested.
This is necessary
Bump
I, too, would greatly benefit from multiple cursor support in Typora—would save a great deal of copying-and-pasting between Typora and VS Code.
I would love to see it as well, I use column mode selection in Notepad++ soooo often
Just do it!!! please :)
Six years have passed! This feature is still not available!😤
@nadirvishun We have to be patient, SWE takes very much time...
Ctrl+d already selects the current word. It would be great if repetitively pressing Ctrl+d would seelct the next occurrence of that word and place an editing cursor at every such place. Like Sublime Text.
For me this speeds up text editing in many places dramatically, not just coding.
