[Suggestion]A management tool for themes #4035

Now there is a lot of themes in the Theme Gallery. A management tool for themes or remaking the Theme Menu in Typora is necessary.

Some themes have a series of .css files, thus will show several icons in the Theme Menu. I think these bunch of icons should have a parent icon to contains, like a folder in OS.
Also this kind of theme messes the theme folder. Maybe the folder should be re-organised.

That would be really neat if people could download/install themes directly from Typora, but I guess this is a lot of work.

Also, if we could rework a little https://github.com/typora/typora-theme-gallery, that would be nice. I think forks deserve a better visibility: they should be integrated in the main page (with filters maybe to distinguish themes from forks).
