Fetching remote images as security, privacy concern #4383

For privacy, Typora should have the option to ask before it gets remote content or optionally block contacting a remote server. Most applications (PDF readers, office applications, email, etc) do that by default for privacy and security. In the meanwhile, it is not wise to open markdown files from untrusted sources.

I think there should be an option for that as well.
