Describe the bug Scrolling is broken when zoomed into document. Gets stuck.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create document whose contents fits whole or most of screen at 100%, then zoom in by pinching out on touchpad until it does not fit, and try and scroll. SHould scroll. If you zoom in using the menu command, it does work though. But it used to work when pinching too.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Same problem on MacOS. The scroll bar is broken when zoomed in. Typora Version 1.0.4 (5994)
