Windows menu + functionality broken

(Forgive any of my mistakes; first-time-github-ticket-submitter here.)

Core functionality of Windows build 11.6 seems to be unavailable. I cannot open or save a file, check updates or revert to a previous version, leaving me unable to use Typora. I just downloaded the newest version a few minutes ago. Every item in the menu is gone. All that are available are:

• File: Exit
• Edit: basics (undo, redo, copy, paste, cut select all)
• View: basic browser options (reload, dev tools, zoom options, toggle full screen)
• Window: minimize, zoom, close
• Help: empty.

Shortcuts also no longer work, e.g. Ctrl+O to open a file.

Right-click context menu is fully functional, exactly as it should be.

I have restarted Typora several times and also ran the setup again (didn't fully uninstall first because I didn't want to lose my themes, but let me know if that'll help?)

Same here on Fedora 34 with Typora 0.11.6 from Flathub. Downgrade to 0.11.5 solved it for me for the moment.

For Flathub users, here's the command to downgrade to 0.11.5:
