Menu items missing in latest version on Windows (x64)

Describe the bug After some work, I tried to save but the change prompt dot did not disappear behind the filename (i.e.: myfile.md•).

I tried to save from the menu but it wasn't available. I copied over my contents and then tried to exit, but the prompt allowed me to save my work, I could also load it back.

Menu contents are only as follows:

• File
  • Exit
• Edit
  • Undo
  • Redo
  • Cut
  • Copy
  • Paste
  • Delete
  • Select all
• View
  • Reload
  • Force Reload
  • Toggle Developer Tools
  • Actual Size
  • Zoom In
  • Zoom Out
  • Toggle Full Screen
• Window
  • Minimize
  • Zoom
  • Close
• Help (empty)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to top menu
2. Hover each main item
3. Verify sub-items (and lack thereof)

Expected behavior

• I expected to use Ctrl+S to save my work
• I expected the menu to include the usual essential items
• I hoped the issue to be fixed with a manual install

Typora Version latest (as of Aug 26, 2021) - cannot verify, missing menu item

Additional context

• I use Pixyll(?) Night base with larger font sizes, but that isn't supposed to affect the menu data
• I use an antivirus with pretty tight security but I confirm all the prompts during install/update and it's never caused an issue before

I can confirm that the same happens in Arch Linux (and in all other distros, I guess).
