I can't edit and save my my document on MacBook Pro 2021 #5289

When I create a new md file, I can't save it after modifying this file it shows that this file has been locked and shows that I don't have permission to store that md file to the current folder

Desktop:

MacBook Pro 2021 Chip: Apple M1 Pro RAM: 16 GB OS: macOS Monterey 12.4 Typora Version: 1.2.4 (6304)

Is the file locked, or do you have permissions to save to that folder?

when I create a new file ,I can't save it ,but if the file was created before ,I can save it normally.

when I create the file in Finder ,I can save the file normally, but if it's created in Typore ,I can't save it;
