Set focused position / offset in typewriter mode #950

Typewriter mode is a very innovative idea, and something I haven't seen in other editors - fantastic work.

I like to have the paragraph I'm editing, be in the top region of my monitor. It'd be awesome if there is a way to pick which part of the screen the active paragraph is in.

Focus on a paragraph and collapse the others

I think this is different, I just want to specify where in "screen" the focused paragraph is. E.g. on top 1/3 or the bottom 1/3 of the page.

Any updates?? It doesn't have to be a feature of Typora. I would like to know if there is a way to achieve this through custom css?
