Add Lookup Table Ephemeris and Supporting Changes

Adds ability to use lookup ephemeris for SpaceObject or it's subclasses
Adds ability to configure orbit line settings on forward/lead times and number of sampling points
Adds ability to have drop lines for any type of orbit class not just elliptical
Adds ability to orbit around any type of parent object type
Adds a higher order Lagrange interpolator that can generally be used
Adds a binarySearch method for arrays that can be generally used
Adds caching of orbitShape as well as ecliptic points in the SpaceObject

@typpo I implemented the above changes but I'm not merging because there were a few more tweaks I needed to add to this branch. The two changes are

When the simulation time is explicitly set it explicitly forces an update. If things aren't animating then the display doesn't update until something else happens forcing it otherwise.
In Vue when a control is "minimized" it Spacekit gets a resize event to (0,0). However when the control is brought back it doesn't think it resized it so a resize back up to scale never fires. This suppressed doing anything if it is told to scale to 0,0.

If those two changes look good then I'd say it's ready to merge.
