Standalone Gmail email relay failing all carriers #110

Hello, First of all, this program is AMAZING - HUUUGE thanks to the developers and community that has made/kept this running. I am so grateful. I have been using Textbelt successfully for over 1 year until recently (maybe a month - not sure as I hadn't tested in some time): I am getting an error with the email relay (I have been using Gmail). It looks like it fails all carriers - is there an updated to the carriers list? If so, where/how do I update? Here is what the error looks like (for every single carrier attempt):

` Message not delivered Your message couldn't be delivered to xxxxxxxxxx@txt.windmobile.ca because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information. The response from the remote server was: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: relaying denied

Final-Recipient: rfc822; xxxxxxxxxx@txt.windmobile.ca Action: failed Status: 5.7.1 Remote-MTA: dns; mail1.eng.wind.ca. (74.115.197.11, the server for the domain txt.windmobile.ca.) Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: relaying denied Last-Attempt-Date: Fri, 27 Jan 2017 09:29:09 -0800 (PST) `

Hi warren8r,

The carriers list hasn't changed. Maybe gmail has decided that it doesn't want to relay your messages anymore?

One thing I might recommend is that if you are texting only to yourself or a small group of people, you can remove carriers from the list that you don't need. The Canadian list is quite large as it includes a number of carriers from both Canada and the US. This would reduce the spamminess from gmail's point of view.

Hello Ian,

Thank you so much for your time and thank you for your advice! I think that is a great idea. I will try that and I am also going to create a new gmail account to use. I will post back.

Thanks,

Matt
