Ukrainian providers? #113

Hi In readme you mention Kyivstar in list of intl providers, but I don't see it in source code. It's email gateway was disabled? Also, any possibility to add other Ukrainian providers? We have 3 of them: Kyivstar, Lifecell and Vodafone
