Chose a more appropriate template #1

While mantys looks good, it is primarily used for manuals and documentation of packages. Even though this guide can be thought of as documentation in some sense, mantys assumes that this is a package and therefore brings some features a and requirements which are not needed here. The guidelines should either user their own template, which could be an adaption of mantys, or use a different one for the Typst universe.

I've started work on a template (a fork of mantys) with more focus on documents which target Typst developers.
