bibliography styles "gb-7714-2015-numeric" and "gb-7714-2015-note" show incorrectly #189

Description

When setting style to "gb-7714-2015-numeric", compiler seems to use ',' for multiple citations where is expected to be '-', as shown below: 2024-05-22_00_30_33

and when using "gb-7714-2015-note", the footnote entry seems to be very strange. 2024-05-22_00_37_24
