created aiaa template #18

I have created an aiaa template based upon the ones located here: https://www.aiaa.org/events-learning/events/Technical-Presenter-Resources

Thanks for the contribution! Unfortunately, I can't merge it because this repository is only a temporary home for the five templates we built for the web app. To make the experience of using community templates as seamless as possible, we want to add special support for templates to the package manager. We ask for your patience while we're building the necessary infrastructure. Meanwhile, you could host the template on your own GitHub repository and open a PR to add it to https://github.com/qjcg/awesome-typst.

You have an IEEE one. Why not include the AIAA one? AIAA is the largest aerospace professional organization in the world. I think, if you're going to reject this template, then you should not have included the IEEE one. Oh well.

It's not about IEEE or AIAA. It's just that this is a "legacy" repository of a few templates we created in the beginning. It will be superseded by template support in the package manager and we'd be happy to have the AIAA template there once everything is ready.
