Wrong URL anchor in documentation for associated function parameter #300

Description

This is best explained by the steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://typst.app/docs/reference/layout/grid/#definitions-cell and navigate to the signature of the cell function.
  2. Click on any parameter name.
  3. Notice how the page does not scroll to the parameter's documentation.

This is because the URL changes to #definitions-cell-parameters-{} instead of #definitions-cell-{}.
