Supporting German spellchecking #334

Description

With spell checking being introduced (#7), it feels weird that German isn't part of the list:

To the point where I'm not sure if this is more of a feature request or bug report (as it feels unintentional). Either way, since it's not in the list right now, having an issue for tracking this (even if it is, for whatever reason, intentional) seems sensible, which is why I'm opening it here.

Use Case

(self-evident: writing German documents)

We're definitely aware. The problem is that the Hunspell dictionaries for German are all GPL licensed. We have contacted one of the creators in an attempt to purchase a license.

What is the current status? Is German now also supported for spellchecking?

No change unfortunately.
