Scroll options: on save, on demand, on move

Description

Please consider next steps of scrolling interactivity:

• [on save] adding an option "scroll on save" so that the editor can quickly move to the current location in the PDF (e.g. exists the LaTeX Workshop vscode plugin);
• [on demand] a keyboard shortcut for "scroll to current location" is also handy (also existing in LaTeX Workshop)
• [on move] since the rendering is so fast, maybe even scrolling with the cursor move is possible (killer feature?)

Use Case

The "scroll on edit" is neat and excelling with the ultra-fast rendering. But it is not enough for a seamless synchronized moving in both editor and viewer.

Scroll to location is already a thing. As for the other two, the web app recompiles on changes so on save and on cursor don't really make sense
