Per today's discussion

  1. user can track thoughts/feelings via journal posts. CRUD operations can be performed on journal posts
  2. users can take a mood survey and receive a response (some actionable feedback, e.g. go take a walk outside)

stretch goal: Todo list - plan out their day

reminder: make sure you handle alt paths for anything the user can input via the UI!
