Hello @tyrasd, @simon04, Could you look at this?

As @tastrax wrote in https://github.com/tyrasd/overpass-turbo/issues/668#issuecomment-1804796040:

Agreed that its failing to display correctly, but I think its actually in the background

This PR changes the z-index of the text message to show it above the map tiles, and below the search box
